ENTRIES ROLLING IN FOR USAC DOUBLEHEADER

(Cedar Rapids, IA 05/11/03)—Entries have begun arriving for the USAC Sprint Car and Midget Car doubleheader at Hawkeye Downs Speedway May 15-16. Drivers from Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Nebraska are among the early entries.

The “Advance Auto Parts Hawkeye Open Wheel Classic” is a two day program for the nation’s premier asphalt short track open Wheel cars and drivers. On Thursday, May 15, USAC Ford Focus Midgets will race, along with USAC Sprint Car and Midget Car practice and a driver autograph session. On Friday, May 16, a full National Championship program of USAC Sprint Car and Midget Car racing will be presented.
